The first Uncorked food and wine evening will be held at The Store (North Adelaide) on Tuesday 18 October. The four course French style meal will be matched with wines from Barossa Valley label, Teusner Wines, and winemaker Kym Teusner will be at the meal. The menu has been put together by Teusner, working with The Store’s chef and sommelier, Fabien Streit and Kennedy Simpson. Tickets are $95 (payable on booking) and are available by contacting the restaurant on 08 8361 6999.

Amadio Wines Success at Vienna International Wine Show
Amadio Wines has won six medals at the awc Vienna 2011 International Wine Challenge. Gold medals were awarded to the 2008 Red Shed Barossa Shiraz, the flagship 2008 Misura 800 Shiraz and the 2009 Sangiovese.

Sfoglia Ravioli – New from San Remo
San Remo has released a new addition to its range of fresh pasta: sfoglia ravioli. The new pasta is available in both the standard range and a new special recipe range (Angus beef, or Angus beef and mushroom). Available at most leading and independent supermarkets.
